Netanyahu rejects "absurd" ICC arrest bid over alleged war crimes

Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday (May 20) he rejected "with disgust" an application by the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court for his arrest warrant over alleged war crimes in Gaza. ICC prosecutor Karim Khan also applied for arrest warrants against Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant and 3 top Hamas leaders on suspicion of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
