There's a new addition to the Ceremonial Delivery of the Last Canes. Chief Cultural Officer at the National Cultural Foundation Andrea Wells says a new parade will be part of this year's activities. Speaking at a media conference at Sky Mall, she explained the ceremony will have a modern and traditional version. She also states they will still have the familiar aspects the public loves.
