NEW LAW TO IMPOSE FINES ON PARENTS WHEN CHILDREN FLOUT CURFEW

Parents could face fines of two thousand dollars or more, if their children are found loitering on the streets during the soon-to-be-introduced curfew. The imposition of a 10pm to 6am curfew is among a slew of legislative measures to be debated in Parliament this Tuesday as part of an intensified effort to address violence among youth. Prime Minister Hon Gaston Browne provided an update on the matter during the Browne and Browne Show on Pointe FM on Saturday.
