Tens of thousands of already-displaced Palestinians are on the move again in a new mass exodus from central Gaza, as Israeli forces ramp up attacks on refugee camps. Operations are also advancing in Gaza's south. Meanwhile, local media said Israel has proposed a new prisoner exchange deal to mediator Qatar. The deal would see Israel first pulling troops out of densely populated areas in Gaza to allow more aid to enter. In the second phase, Hamas would release female Israeli captives.
