New Passport Granting Rules to Ensure “Father is the Father, And the Father Knows” Prime Minister Philip Davis says regulations have been put in place at the Passport Office to improve passport application procedures for citizens with Bahamian fathers and foreign mothers. He says there’s also regulations in place to ensure “the father is the father, and that the father knows”.
