New pilot allows persons with disabilities to live in rental flats with onsite services

Two new programmes will help persons with disabilities (PWDs) to live independently in the community, while still getting care and coaching. A pilot will provide home-based help for those living with ageing caregivers, while another cluster of public rental flats will be launched across the island for PWDs to live alone with onsite services.
