New poll shows many Australians blame government for rising costs

Many Australians are blaming the federal government for the increasing cost of living. According to a Resolve Political Monitor survey, 36 per cent believe the government is primarily responsible for rising living costs. The data also shows support for the Coalition has risen to its highest since the 2022 election, with its primary vote increasing slightly to 38 per cent. Labor has increased its support by two per cent to 30 per cent.
