New principals urged to be fair and reflective
Chief Education Officer Dr. Ramona Archer-Bradshaw is urging principals to remember why they have been appointed to their respective positions. She says being a principal is not about sitting behind a desk and dealing with papers all day. Dr. Archer-Bradshaw was speaking to 50 new principals who were recently appointed. She has told the new principals to be fair and reflective in all their undertakings, while being able to think on their feet.
