Companies can soon tell how conducive their workplace is for older workers in just 15 minutes. A prototype tool assesses areas like the hiring process and talent retention and suggests what companies can do to improve. It seeks to help firms adapt to a rapidly ageing workforce. CNA speaks to Adrian Choo, CEO and Founder of Career Agility International. He talks about the age bias and concerns that hiring managers may have when it comes to hiring mature workers.
