New questions about New Orleans security after deadly pickup truck attack

An NBC News survey found that New Orleans' Bourbon Street still appeared to be vulnerable to a potential attack, with some side roads remaining without heavy barricades, after the pickup truck attack that killed 14 people. Some barricades that had been purchased were never used, officials say. There were new details of what officials found in the home of the suspect in the Houston area.
