New spirit unveiled in Barbados

A new spirit has been unveiled in Barbados. It comes after four years and 97 recipes and hours of blending testing and tasting to arrive at the name for the new product. A small coterie of friends and insiders witnessed the unveiling at the West Indies Rum Distillery, Black Rock. Trevor Thorpe reports.
