New York City continues to fall short on bike lane benchmarks, report shows

A new report shows New York City is falling well short of Mayor Eric Adams' campaign promise – and a benchmark laid out in city law – to build hundreds of miles of new bike lanes. CBS News New York investigative reporter Tim McNicholas first reported on this last year, and now he's following up.
