NEWEST REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT ON TRACK FOR COMPLETION IN JANUARY 2025

Work is continuing apace on the country’s newest reverse osmosis plant at Ffryes Beach, set for completion within weeks. The plant is being installed by Florida-based Seven Seas Water Group, on a 12-year Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) Agreement. This means the company will recoup its investment over 12 years, at which point the plant will become the property of the Government of Antigua and Barbuda. Garfield Burford reports.
