NewsConference: Measure HLA on the LA Ballot

NBC4’s Conan Nolan talks with both sides of the Measure HLA on the LA City Ballot. Proponents want more bike lanes, better sidewalks and bus express ways. They believe it will cut down on bike and pedestrian deaths...and make for a more walkable city. Opponents say it could do the opposite as well as squeeze out other priorities with the city administrative officer saying it will cost the city billions of dollars.
