Nigeria's addiction crisis: Drugs enforcement agency calls for state of emergency

Millions of kilograms of illegal drugs are being seized every year in Nigeria. The problem has gotten so bad that the head of the drugs enforcement agency is demanding the President impose a state of emergency.
