Nine-year-old's tattoo sparks controversy online

An Arizona tattoo artist is sparking online debate after sharing photos of their work on a nine-year-old girl, who got a tattoo of an American flag. The artist revealed he tried to discourage the family with a $500 price tag, but they went through with it anyway.
