No new debt

Minister in the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Investment, Senator Chad Blackman reiterates the Resolution: Section 2 of the Special Loans Act Cap 105 will not incur new debt. He was responding to Opposition Senator Andre Worrell who voiced concern over the level of borrowing under the Barbados Labour Party. Senator Blackman says the loans are being taken to build the capacity of Barbados.
