No registration fees for secondary school, says Minister

Education Minister Dr Nyan Gadsby Dolly is telling parents that they should not pay any registration fees for secondary school. However, the representatives of denominational school boards say parents are not being asked for registration fees but to pay for specific items. Reporter Carisa Lee has more.
