NODS TO OPEN 17 SHELTERS IN PREPARATION FOR TROPICAL STORM ERNESTO

The National Office of Disaster Services has announced 17 shelters are to be opened across the twin-island state, as residents brace for the impact of Tropical Storm Ernesto on Tuesday into Wednesday. NODS is also urging residents to be on high alert and to guard against complacency. Raghib Apparicio reports.
