Non-functional streetlights in Mbale City raise safety concerns among residents

Streets and traffic lights that were installed in Mbale City are no longer functional, exposing residents to criminals and accidents, especially at road junctions. Streetlights that are down are on Pallisa Road, Nabowa Road, Nabuyonga Rise, and Mugisu Hill Road. The roads and lights were fixed under the Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development Programme.
