Nor'easter: Winter storm wallops US northeast, creating messy commute

Parts of the northeast U.S. were hit Tuesday by a snowstorm that cancelled and delayed flights, made roads slippery and prompted many school districts to cancel classes or switch to remote learning. More than 30 million people from West Virginia northeast into New England were under a winter storm warning as the Nor'easter pummeled parts of the area with as much as 6 inches of heavy, wet snow overnight, the National Weather Service said.
