Not only Crop Over benefits

A contingent from the Barbados Tourism Management Inc. is in Trinidad for their Carnival to promote the Crop Over festival. The initiative is in conjunction with the National Cultural Foundation which allowed some artistes to act as Ambassadors at the carnival. The Caribbean Director at the BTMI Graham Clarke is one of the contingents on the ground and visited the junior parade of the bands. He stated that the whole purpose behind the initiative is to promote Barbados as well as support Trinidad in their festivities. Mr Clarke added that the initiative was more than just about carnival.
