Noticia - Decomisados casi mil kilos de jamones en malas condiciones en Sevilla

La Guardia Civil ha decomisado casi mil kilos de jamones por no cumplir las garantías higiénico-sanitarias para su consumo en la comarca sevillana de Los Alcores. Esta intervención comenzó a mediados de este mes de diciembre debido a las vigilancias que se llevan a cabo en estas fechas navideñas para garantizar la seguridad de los productos alimenticios para el consumo humano. Los agentes de Seprona localizaron una nave anexa a una empresa dedicada a la venta de jamones, la cual era destinada al almacenamiento de jamones para posteriormente ser loncheados y envasados al vacío para su comercialización en un municipio de la comarca de Los Alcores. Esta nave no constaba para las autoridades sanitarias y cuando se inspeccionó se pudo constatar que no reunía las condiciones higiénico-sanitarias mínimas para garantizar una seguridad alimentaria a los consumidores finales.
