Miguel Ángel Serrano, ex alto cargo de la Junta de Andalucía condenado por los ERE quedó en libertad a última hora de la tarde de este martes. Serrano abandonaba el centro penitenciario de Sevilla en el que llevaba internado desde enero del año pasado, cumpliendo la condena de 6 años y medio por malversación que le impuso la Audiencia de Sevilla y que ratificó el Supremo. Se convierte así en el primero de los condenados que recupera la libertad.
