Nottingham attacks: Victims' families face 'merciless' killer in court
A man who stabbed three strangers to death on the streets of Nottingham has admitted killing them on the basis of diminished responsibility, a plea which the Crown Prosecution Service has now accepted. The court heard how Valdo Calocane had "deliberately and mercilessly" killed students Grace O'Malley Kumar and Barnaby Webber and school caretaker Ian Coates, in June last year. Grace's family have told Sky News she was a hero who died as she tried to save her friend.
