NPOs struggling to operate due to funding difficulties

Gauteng Finance MEC Lebogang Maile has promised that all non-profit organisations, will be paid by Friday. This comes after several NGO's were forced to close or scale back their services. Maile also says they're looking at using a three-year funding model, instead of one. Courtesy #DStv403
