NRM secretariat concludes Busoga tour - Fishing & sugar cane communities cry out over exploitati

Members of the NRM secretariat have concluded their two-day consultation tour of the sub-region, interacting with fishing communities in Jinja and Mayuge, as well as sugar cane growers who have expressed concerns over the increased harsh operations of the UPDF fisheries unit and exploitation by dealers. The secretariat team to the Busoga sub-region was led by Deputy Secretary General Rose Namayanja.
