Nuclear energy a 'no-brainer' for Australia's energy mix

Environmentalist and photographer Steven Nowakowski has discussed why he thinks nuclear energy is a “no-brainer” for Australia's energy mix. “It's the silver bullet that we require,” Mr Nowakowski said. “I firmly believe that by simply swapping out retiring coal plants with nuclear for like that's the cheapest, the easiest solution and we can meet our targets that way. “It has the least impact on biodiversity. And that's really the way forward.”
