Number plate thieves : The operation that was led by gulu RCC netted two suspects

Two suspected number plate thieves have been apprehended in a security operation in Gulu City. According to Peter Banya, the Deputy Resident City Commissioner of Gulu City, one of the recovered number plates belongs to the Member of Parliament for Tochi County, Peter Okot. Banya says the suspects would remove number plates from parked vehicles.
