Nunavut receives "historic" land transfer from Ottawa
Nunavut signed an agreement with the federal government on Thursday to officially give the territory control over its land and resources. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was is in Iqaluit to sign the agreement which transfers responsibility of crown land and waters to the territory.
