NUP resolves to recall Mpuuga from house commission

The decision making organ of the National Unity Platform has taken has ruled that the Nyendo-Mukungwe Member of Parliament Mathias Mpuuga should be removed from the parliamentary commission job. The NUP's National Executive Committee recently found Mpuuga culpable for corruption and abuse of office,following an allocation of 1.7 billion shillings to himself and NRM parliamentary commissioners in the form of service award. Meanwhile, the NEC has reappointed MP Francis Zaake to the parliamentary commission even though he is is still in court over his impeachment.
