Nurse establishes animal shelter and transports strays from Guam and Saipan to adopters in the US

After moving to Saipan in 2012, a nurse works with the local government in establishing an animal shelter. She also started the Boonie Flight Project, an all-volunteer transport-based rescue that has sent 618 dogs from Guam and Saipan to adopters and rescues in the mainland United States.
