Nurse Lucy Letby loses bid to challenge conviction for attempted murder of baby

The Court of Appeal has dismissed Lucy Letby's bid to challenge a conviction for the attempted murder of a baby girl. The serial killer failed to secure approval to challenge her most recent attempted murder conviction of a newborn known as Child K. Letby was found guilty for the murders of seven babies and the attempted murders of six others, and sentenced to 14 whole life orders.
