Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang says AI chip offerings to be updated every year

Artificial intelligence darling Nvidia is speeding up its product turnaround, highlighting the stiff competition in the AI chip market. Its CEO Jensen Huang said the US chipmaker plans to release a new family of AI chips every year, faster than its previous two-year timeline. Mr Huang also unveiled Nvidia's next-generation AI chips, just three months after showcasing the last model.
