Oakland County sheriff calls for change following Christmas Eve shooting

Just under a week after that tragic Christmas Eve shooting in Oxford, Michael Bouchard said Monday that if the suspect, 29-year-old Malik Webb, had not been granted parole in July even after he had been charged seven times with weapon offenses and even once charged in prison with a weapons offense, that this shooting would've never happened.
