Odinga: Corruption is not in the Judiciary but executive

Opposition leader Raila Odinga has recommended for a neutral commission to be put in place to revamp the Judiciary as a way of taming corruption saying the same is not the mandate of the executive. Speaking during an Orange Democratic Movement delegates meeting in Kilifi, Odinga claims the conduct of both the Judiciary and the legislature is undermining the constitution and shows they have been captured by the executive.
