OECS PEARL- Continuous School and System Improvement (CSSI) Pilot initiative

The OECS PEARL, which stands for Programme for Educational Advancement and Relevant Learning, is said to be registering major successes as the initiative moves to benefit some 19-primary schools in a new phase called the Continuous School and System Improvement (CSSI) Pilot initiative.
