Officials warn about a deadly E. coli outbreak linked to organic carrots sold in the U.S. and Canada

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has issued a recall of some organic carrots due to a risk of E. coli. A similar recall was issued in the States on Sunday, where one person has died and dozens have fallen ill from E. coli infections. Health Canada says that, as of Monday, it hadn't identified any cases regarding the recalled product in Canada. Pinki Wong has the details.
