Oil spill clean-up: Progress made, but it will take time before oil clears, says Chee Hong Tat

It is Day Seven into an oil spill over Singapore's southern waters. Transport Minister Chee Hong Tat says the clean-up effort is making progress, but there is still some way to go. In a Facebook update, Mr Chee says it will still take some time before the oil can be completely removed.
