An oil tanker collided with a Philippine National Railways Explorer Train – 2540 at 2:58 in the morning on Saturday, March 15. The collision took place at Brgy. Paloyon Proper in Nabua, Camarines Sur. The driver of the empty oil tanker was brought to the hospital.
