According to the Pentagon, a Greek-flagged oil tanker carrying “approximately 1 million barrels of crude oil” is leaking into the Red Sea, presenting a “navigational hazard and a potential environmental catastrophe.” Yemeni Houthi rebels targeted the vessel with projectiles and arms fire on August 21.
