Chinese President Xi Jinping lands in Dushanbe, Tajikistan on late Thursday for a state visit to a nation he dubs as "a good neighbor and good brother." Tajik President Emomali Rahmon greets Xi at the airport, where some 1,000 people in traditional attire perform folk dances.
