One person dead and several injured in Netherlands explosion

At least one person has died, and several others injured after an explosion in the Dutch city of The Hague. Emergency crews say four people have been rescued from the rubble and taken to hospital but couldn’t say how many more may still be under the debris. The cause of the explosion is unknown.
