OPAN CEO discusses the ‘good things’ in the government’s new aged care reform

Older Persons Advocacy Network Chief Executive Craig Gear discusses the “very good things” in the government’s aged care reform. The government has unveiled a $5.6 billion plan to reform aged care with support from the Coalition. “Overall, we think it’s got some very good things,” Mr Gear told Sky News Australia. “What we’ve seen so far is it does have strengthened quality standard right across the aged care system.”
