Operation Shujja handover - Gen Otto replaces Gen Dick Olum as Operation Shujja commander.

Maj. Gen. Richard Otto has officially assumed office as Mountain Division and operation Shujja commander taking over from Maj. Gen. Dick Olum who has been operation shujja and Mountain division commander after taking over from Lt. Gen. Muhanga Kayanja in a year 2022. While at the handover and takeover ceremony at Muhoti barracks in Fort portal city, the commander land forces, Lt. Gen. Muhanga Kayanja who was the chief guest emphasized the need to exhibit discipline and hardworking among the UPDF army as they continue the fight against the Allied Democratic Forces in DRC.
