Opioid addiction's toll on parents
A fourth wave of opioid addiction is sweeping American cities – and the worst-hit is Baltimore, a city of around half a million people in the U.S. state of Maryland. Statistics show in recent years the death rate from overdoses there has soared way above the national average, reaching a level never seen before in a major U.S. city.
