Opponents ‘not a threat’ to ceasefire deal: Former Israeli Minister of Justice
Israel is continuing its bombardment of the Lebanese capital with more strikes on Beirut's southern suburb in the past hour. The attacks come amid suggestions that a ceasefire deal is back on the table. The Israeli ambassador to the UN Danny Danon told journalists that Cabinet is expected to discuss it as early as Tuesday.
