OSHA takes WASA to court; finds 6 HSE breaches after jobsite death

Following last year's tragic death of Kern Etienne in the WASA trench, the Occupational Safety and Health Authority has now filed a formal complaint in the Industrial Court against the Water and Sewerage Authority.  The authority found six violations of the OSH Act during the course of its investigations.  And while Ettiene's mother is relieved that WASA is taking steps to safeguard workers, she tells Radica De Silva and Ivan Toolsie she will never get over her son's death.
