Outreach programme coming for local artistes

An outreach programme for local artistes is coming. That's according to Chief Executive Officer of COSCAP, Erica Smith. She was speaking at a prize-giving ceremony at the Wyndham Grand Barbados Resort yesterday. Ms. Smith says the initiative is coming off the momentum gained from this year's Crop Over Festival.
