Over 40 students, police officers participate in counter-terrorism exercise at ITE College West

Preparing youths for the roles they can play, when faced with potential terror threats. More than 40 people took part in Exercise Heartbeat, a counter-terrorism and emergency preparedness exercise that included a simulated suicide bombing and hostage scenario. The latest exercise was held at the Institute of Technical Education College West.
